A Groundbreaking Performance
This is probably one of THE most inside-jokey comics. Some Time Ago generally refers to any time before my senior year, and this took place in my junior year. The fall play that year was “The Pink Panther Strikes Again,” which had a gigantic cast, and all three of the Trifecta had parts.
Aryn played a German messenger. The scene started with an assassin giving Inspector Clouseau a poisoned pretzel to welcome him to the country, which he then handed off to Aryn. In real life, she just sort of silently choked and slumped over dead, but in the meantime, we joked that she should start screeching and spasming instead.
Inspector Clouseau was played by a guy named Brad.
