Damn Those Hoaxes
Pep Rallies were actually some of the most boring, useless events ever I had to attend. Especially the ones right before homecoming and prom, which were essentially to let the SUPER AMAZING ROYAL COURT flaunt their dresses a day before everyone else. Seriously.
My Brainchild here is based on Sarah P., with whom I shared Choir, Orchestra, and Stage Crew duties. She played cello, I played bass, and we had all sorts of fun in both the low strings and soprano sections. Her mother was also my guidance counselor.
SUPER AMAZING TRIVIA #1: I wouldn’t actually say Sarah’s name in the comic until the second HS arc.
