Elevator Buttons
Apparently this is a Simpsons reference. I wasn’t allowed to watch the Simpsons growing up (GASP OMG WUT*) so a lot of references are lost on me. This happened on Saturday night of Ohayocon 2005 as we were leaving the hotel my sister and friends were staying in. We caught a bus back to campus around midnight, as the two of us were staying in my dorm room. A panhandler tried to sell us a disposable camera for a dollar.
The previous night, we’d missed the last bus leaving downtown, and had to walk from downtown Columbus up to OSU campus, about three miles. I fell asleep VERY fast that night.
* My parents didn’t approve of how Bart talked to his parents. Gimme a break. It’s not like I died or anything. I wasn’t allowed to watch Beavis & Butthead or Ren & Stimpy, either.
