IT’S OLAC!  The Old Lady Anime Club comprises Kelly, Amanda C, Natalie, and Traeonna.  In recent years it’s gained some more members, but this is the core four.  The Old Lady in the title refers to the fact that they’re all 30-somethings.  AND EWWWW, THAT’S OLD.

Anyways.

So ended Jigworthy.  When the Trifecta finally agreed to lay it to rest, we thought of doing some sort of final comic, but it obviously never came to pass.  So enjoy it for what it is.

It really is my theory that one of these days my hands are just going to crumble into cornflakes.  This comic came after my final exams were done, and I’d submitted a porfolio to get into the Fine Art program.  I didn’t make it in the first time around, but I applied again a year later and succeeded, though by that time Jigworthy had been long over.

My bad, I’d only seen NBC once or twice (when it first came out) at this point.

I like it when people pay me to draw little kids and eat cotton candy.

Pretty much all of these sushi-restaurant scenes take place at Yoko, which is on Dussell Drive in Maumee.  One of the best sushi restaurants in the state, if I recall correctly.

The very observant will recognize that I’m leaving Pomerene Hall after getting food at Mirror Lake Cafe, and then walking by Mirror Lake itself.
